Passing out Ceremony of the EMRS Security Guards.

The PL Security Guards Agency, in agreement with The EMRS Society, Government of Mizoram, held their passing out ceremony on the 1^st of April, 2025 (Tuesday) Time: 1:45 pm in the afternoon, at the PL Security Office, Nursery Veng Aizawl, Mizoram; who successfully underwent rigorous training. The batch were assigned and recruited for filling up the posts of security guards, allocated within the EMRSs, in various districts of Mizoram. 

The certification ceremony was organised under the aegis and ownership of Mr.Lalthangzauva Pachuau, Director General of PL Security Guards Labour and Supply Agency, Mizoram. 

The passing out ceremony presided alongside the presence of the Programme Manager, Mr.Lalhmingmawia Sailo, Mizoram EMRS Society; alongside other staff members. 

A total of 44 security personnel were felicitated for 11 functional EMRSs. As per the guidelines and procedure stipulated under NEST, security personnel will be posted in each of the EMRSs, Mizoram.

The security personnel were felicitated with rigorous instructions and iteration upon the code of conduct as per the orders mandated by the PL Security Agency, which is to be strictly followed by them during their period of service. Instructions such as, abstinence from alcohol and other intoxicants, and any kind of negligence during duty will fall under violation of the code of conduct. Indulgence in inebriated stupor, unhealthy involvement with students and maintaining inappropriate affiliation, etc. will lead to permanent expulsion from duties. 

The passing out security personnel were conferred by Mr.Lalhmingmawia Sailo.

The ceremony was an enlightening amalgamation of sensitization on rules and protocol; alongside a period of camaraderie cum valediction for the pass outs. The security personnel were instructed to give their joining report within 4^th of April, 2025 in their respective postings. Both the DG and The Program Manager (Administration) enlightened the event with their invaluable speech and words of encouragement. The event was adjourned with a group photo session, followed by high tea.
